Holly & Dakota’s Joyful Mid-Summer Wedding at Rustic Reflections | July 5, 2025

Holly and Dakota were married on July 5, 2025, at Rustic Reflections in Newville, PA, and it was one of those days that just felt happy from start to finish. I had the best time working with Holly in the months leading up to their big day to create a timeline that flowed perfectly. And while timelines are great, real life sometimes has other plans—but no worries! I always do my best to make sure everything is captured beautifully while still getting my couples back to the celebration as quickly as possible.

Holly and Dakota have been together for years, and it was such a joy to see them finally tie the knot surrounded by the people who love them most. One of the sweetest parts of their day was watching their children be such a special part of the celebration. Holly’s two boys looked so handsome in their little suits (to match the groomsmen’s navy blue ones!) and were incredibly helpful and proud all day long.

And their daughter? She completely stole the show in her blush pink tulle flower girl dress. At the reception, I overheard her telling her friends, “It’s my big day, so I get to make the rules!”—and honestly, she wasn’t wrong! Watching her walk down the aisle with the sign that read “Daddy, it’s time to give Mommy our last name” had everyone tearing up.

Holly chose a soft, romantic color palette for her bridesmaids—mixing pink and champagne dresses that looked absolutely stunning together. The florals added a bold, colorful pop, filled with vibrant summer blooms that were perfect for a July wedding.

Their outdoor ceremony was full of laughter, happy tears, and sweet moments between them and their kids. Afterward, guests made their way to the barn for a beautiful reception filled with heartfelt toasts, lots of hugs. Their first dance as husband and wife was such a special moment to witness.
