On July 1, 2023, Sara and Joe took their vows in the presence of loved ones at St. Joan of Arc Church in Hershey.

Visualize this: bridesmaids adorned in rich raspberry dresses, groomsmen sporting smart gray suits. The day was relaxed, and filled with love.

A priest from Joe’s family in New Jersey officiated the Catholic ceremony, lending an even deeper connection to the occasion.

Post-vows, everyone gathered at Harmony Hall, where a serene waterfall and pond became a backdrop for portraits.

Their family and friends had so much fun dancing and singing on the dance floor and they ended their night with a glow stick send off.

Now, rewind to the start of their story – back in February 2016. Sara and Joe’s distinct personalities merged seamlessly: her outgoing nature balanced his contemplative disposition. Through college and beyond, their journey was marked by growth and unwavering support.

Fast forward to the proposal: Millersville University’s campus, a place close to their hearts. With the help of Sara’s friend Renee, Joe orchestrated a genuine surprise. As they turned back to face each other during a photoshoot, a life-changing question awaited Sara.
