{Sarah & Patrick}

Sarah and Patrick were married on October 2,2022 at The Manor at Mountain View in Harrisburg PA. There was a bad storm that weekend so the weather was rainy. Fortunately her venue was beautiful with large windows so we could capture the early fall foliage. We photographed the couple inside before the ceremony and decided to brave the rain for a few minutes and did some portraits both with a clear umbrella and without. Sarah looked stunning in her gown. The bride and groom opted to write their own vows and I love that personal touch to a ceremony, you really get to know who the couple is based on what they write to each other. They had them written in cute notebooks that they tucked in their wine box. On every anniversary, they are supposed to enjoy the bottle of wine and re-read their vows, then put a new bottle of wine in the box for the following year. How sweet!

The couple had taken dance lessons and had choreographed their first dance, which I loved! The owner at the venue takes great pride in helping her brides and grooms have the best experience and you could tell she did everything she could to make their day perfect! Since we didn’t get the perfect sunset photos due to the rain, we snuck out to take a few night photographs, and they turned out amazing!
