How to Make Winter Your New Favorite Season


I know the winter days are cold and for those who aren’t winter sport enthusiasts like my family, it seems like the longest season. I challenge you to find the joy in the season. Do things that get you outside even on the coldest days, bundle up and stay active. Use this slower paced season to try out new things like yoga, meditation. Stay motivated!

Winter Bucket List 

  1. Go Sledding
  2. Build a snowman
  3. Find a new series on Netflix and spend a day binging on it.
  4. Take a hike. Even on the coldest days it feels good to be outside.
  5. Go skiing, but if you haven’t tried it before don’t forget to take a lesson!
  6. Read a book from start to finish
  7. Send a real letter to a friend, just because.
  8. Book a winter getaway some place cozy.
  9. Clean out your closet and donate or sell un-used items.
  10. Try a new hobby like painting, knitting etc…
