How to Survive Winter with Summer Looking Skin

Oh the winter skin blahs are here. Here are some products and tips to keep your skin glowing and looking healthy even in the dry cold days of winter.

Drink more water. Yes, its not warm out but I think most people forget how much their body needs and craves water. You should be drinking half of your weight in ounces of water. For example if you weigh 120 lbs you need to drive 60 oz. of water each day. Your body and skin will thank you!

Moisturize. Yep, I am the first person to admit I skip body lotions most of the year but in the dry winter months I have to be mindful of keeping up with it especially as much as I run and ski. 

Try a in shower body lotion. Love this one!

Also another item that is a staple in my winter beauty routine is Johnsons Baby Oil gel. If its good enough for babies, its good enough for us. I love all of these that have the nighttime lavender.
